What People Are Saying

“Kay Kay puts her soul and heart in her yoga classes. She keeps her students practice and progress as her main goal. I have seen Kay Kay evolve since her first yoga class on the beach in Lake Tahoe. She continues to grow, learn, and give back to her students. Her classes are creative, fun, soulful, challenging, relaxing, invigorating - depending on what you need that day."
